Kindly click the link below, select the respective form according to number of player signing up for, select the size for the jerseys and you will receive an email to make payments for the 2023 jerseys and subscription fees.

The subscription fees will include the 2023 SRFC jersey set per child. 

The fees are used to run the club to pay for the professional coaches we engage (on top of the volunteers), Tournament Fees, insurance, physio & ambulance fees at games.
